My name is Johanny Velasquez and I am 9 years old. I live in Tehachapi, CA at Woodward West (one of the best skate facilities in the world). My father, Richie Velasquez, is a Professional Inline skater as well. He has been skating for 18 years and was the world champion in 2003.

I have been skating since I was able to walk. I got my 1^st pair of skates when I was 1 years old.  My parents would take me along with them to skate. I was right behind them doing by best to stand up and roll down the ramps. I have continued to love skating and have now received the opportunity to have my own Jr. Pro skate.

November 25^th, my skate will be released in all skate stores worldwide. It is created by, USD and The Conference, a Skate Company based in Germany. They believe in promoting the youth in our sport and have given me a great opportunity to spread my love for what I do to each of you!

My goal this year is to skate hard while reaching out to get more kids my age into skates. I will be traveling to different schools this year doing demos and talking to kids like you. I hope to meet all of you.
